My room was well decorated with climate control, a storage space and complimentary WiFi. The location was nice, close to the underground, and the bed comfortable👍

Everything was very good during 5 days, loved its quiet and enjoyable location very close to convenient stores, Notting Hill and Queensway and Bayswater tube stops. We stayed in a standard twin room with an electric kettle, a private safe and central heating. We could see street from the window. The atmosphere created was quiet. Our experience here was REALLY NICE.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Bayswater tube stations, Queensway and restaurants. I had some drinks at Leinster Arms, positioned 500 metres away.

Lovely beds, air conditioner, a storage and a kettle in the room. Continental breakfast for a Continental option, helpful staff, value for money. Amazing and fantastic location, close to Porchester Square Gardens. Found in the nice quiet area.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 150 meters from Queensway Station (Central Line) and 70 meters from the Bus 94 stop. This line (No. 94) goes directly to Piccadilly Circus and operates 24 hours a day. It is ideal for when you return to the hotel late at night. The attention of the staff is very good. The WiFi this time (it's my second time in this hotel) had ups and downs inside the room, but it works quite well with a reasonable speed.
The breakfast is not very varied and could improve the gastronomic offer. I didn't like the way they made the bed, the sheets were badly laid out every day. There were no electrical outlets available at hand to connect the appliances. I recommend taking a multi-socket electric shoe and buying a travel adapter first (the English system is very different from ours).

Very central; easy access to Oxford Street and Victoria. Excellent, reasonable shuttle service to Heathrow. Small fridge provided very useful for water bottles.
Except for receptionists who were very helpful, rest of staff unfriendly. Room was very hot, bathroom and shower tiny. Beds uncomfortable. Kettle and hairdryer provided but no socket in usable place. Breakfast very basic.

The location was a strong point, just a short walk to two tube stations and near Kensington Park, lovely for a stroll. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was ample food available. The room was quite stuffy and challenging to cool down, leading to uncomfortable nights. Service fell short, with frequent unstaffed front desk and minimal assistance from the staff. Internet connectivity issues were frustrating and disruptive.

The location was very good, very close to Undergrounds and nice walks in Hyde Park, to Nottinh Hill and Little Venice.

Reception staff were efficient and helpful and were security conscious which was reassuring. Hotel is in ideal position being close to underground, but also within walking distance of Oxford Street and Paddington Station.
Hotel looked more impressive on website pictures. Room was hot at night. Hot water was very erratic. Took about 10 minutes to have a shower because after getting the temperature right it would run cold after a few seconds and it would have to be turned off and started again. Breakfast was the most basic we have had in any hotel we have stayed in.

Location was perfect with two metro stations nearby. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying-boiled eggs, croissants, and tea. Just a heads up, no slippers or water provided in room, but otherwise everything was great!
One downside was the internet, quite poor. We often got bumped off.

Convenient location, ok standard, clean.
Overpriced for what it offers, looked much better on the website. It certainly was not a 'Delux' Room. Felt a bit claustophobic because of where the windows were situated. The staff were not attentive in the morning at breakfast, there was only one member of staff who was cleaning, who pretty much ignored us. No cooked breakfast.
